1 hour ago Full Job Description CJ Cafe in Rosedale, NY is looking for one kitchen steward to join our 6 person strong team.
We are located on 247 12 S Conduit Ave.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities Cleaning the stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators Washing pots, pans, dishes, utensils and grease traps.
Assist with cooking tasks Prepare food for the chef including cutting and preparing meat, vegetables and pasta Cleans walls and ceiling tiles, mops and sweeps kitchen and service areas and removes trash daily Receive and organize groceries/inventory Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential Full time flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays Previous cooking experience highly preferred Prior experience working with cleaning equipment and large kitchen equipment preferred We are looking forward to receiving your application.
