Responsibilities:
Process and submit title applications accurately and efficiently.
Conduct research on property titles and prepare reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to resolve title-related issues.
Assist in preparing closing documents and maintaining files.
Provide secretarial support, including answering calls and managing correspondence.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
