Ensure the safety of all customers by ensuring food is prepared properly and served in a timely manner.
Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times.
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent food-borne illness.
Maintain organization of the kitchen and ensure proper rotation of food products.
Maintain position records and keep restaurant operational logs.
What you will do as a Leader? Lead by example with excellence wherever needed Lead and model for our Back of House Team members.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week.
Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade .
It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
