As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients.
Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support to various departments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications - Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite Job Type:
