Position Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Developer
Code and deliver functionality interfacing with 3-5 other enterprise systems; within committed time frames
Will require hands-on approach in coding and troubleshooting
Core Working hours - 8 to 5 pm ET, with an hour of break in between. Hours may change but overall weekly hours will be around 40 to 50 hours a week, work can be required at manager's discretion for off-hours/ weekends.
Working model - Deliverables must meet and satisfy manager's technical and service requirements.
Team work with entire team across program, stakeholders, and end user across multiple locations/ time-zones is expected and critical.
Required Skills/Experience
1) At least 5 plus years of total work experience in IT/ Software Development
2) At least 5 years of development experience in back-end technologies; J2EE (JSP Servlets / Enterprise Java Beans / Servlets), Oracle Forms and Reports 11g, Struts MVC Framework 1.0, Oracle SQL, Oracle Application Server 10g, WebLogic 11g.
3) At least 3 years of hands on development experience in front-end technologies including Restful Web Services, XML, XSL, JavaScript, DHTML
4) At least 2 years of experience in delivery of parallel release of high pressure and visibility
5) Large scale application development experience with comprehensive usage/experience of Profiler, load tester, versioning and Debuggers for application, DB, Deployment, etc.
6) BS/ MS in Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Degree
7) Very Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
8) Very Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
9) At least one reference from previous employer
